Is Lulla free?
Sleep tracking is completely free. Premium features like AI coaching, sleep insights, and family sync require a subscription. You can try Premium free for 7 days.
How does Family Sync work?
Family Sync uses iCloud to share sleep data between family members. Both parents need to be signed into the same iCloud family, and both need Lulla installed. All data stays in your private iCloud container.
What sleep methods does the AI coach support?
Lulla's AI coach is trained on established methods including Ferber (graduated extinction), gentle retreat (chair method), pick-up/put-down, and fading. It tailors advice to your baby's age and your family's comfort level.
Is my baby's data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored on your device and your private iCloud container. We don't sell data, don't use ad trackers, and don't store data on our servers beyond what's needed to generate AI responses. We do use anonymous product analytics to understand app usage and improve Lulla. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
