Is Lulla free?
Yes. Sleep tracking, history and charts, wake-window reminders, last-night recap, and Family Sync are free. Premium adds Tonight's Plan, ongoing AI Coach access, and AI summaries and trend interpretation. Any price or introductory offer available to you is shown in Lulla and confirmed by Apple before purchase.
How does Family Sync work?
One caregiver creates an iCloud share link in Lulla and sends it to the other caregiver, who accepts it with Lulla installed and iCloud available. You do not need to belong to the same Apple Family Sharing group. Apple stores the shared records in CloudKit and makes them available to accepted share participants.
What sleep methods does the AI coach support?
You can choose Ferber, gentle or gradual retreat, chair method, pick-up/put-down, cry it out, or no preference. Lulla uses that choice as context when generating general guidance. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong and are not medical advice; contact a pediatrician for health or safety concerns.
Is my baby's data safe?
Baby and sleep data is stored on your device and, if you use Family Sync, in an Apple CloudKit share. Information needed for AI features is sent to Plainworks and OpenAI when you request those features. Lulla also uses pseudonymous product analytics and technical error reporting. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What does Delete Local Data remove?
It removes Lulla's baby profile, sleep logs, chat history, schedules, and settings from that device. Shared iCloud records and Apple purchase history are managed separately. See the Privacy Policy or email us if you need help with a deletion request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Lulla. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
