Please include your app version, device model, signed-in email, and a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive client information unless it is necessary for support.

Cloud account and sync

If sync is not completing, open Folio Settings and check the cloud account status. Keep the app open until pending changes and media transfers finish.

Data export

Use Settings to export a local backup or cloud account export. Store exported files carefully because they may contain client records and media references.

Account deletion

Cloud account deletion is available in Settings. If you own a practice with other staff members, transfer ownership before deleting your account.
