These terms govern your use of ZoneClock ("the App"), developed by Pedro Silva, operating as Plain Works.
ZoneClock is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is a time zone coordination tool. It is provided "as is" for personal and professional use. You are responsible for verifying meeting times and time zone information.
ZoneClock is a scheduling aid. While we strive for accuracy, time zone rules can change due to government decisions. Always verify critical meeting times independently.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of time zone data or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plain Works shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including missed meetings or scheduling errors.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal.
