How do I get started?

Open ZoneClock and tap the + button to add your first team member. Enter their name and select their time zone. You'll immediately see their local time alongside yours.

How do I create teams?

Go to the Teams tab and create a new group (e.g., "Engineering", "Design"). Then assign people to teams. You can view time zones filtered by team.

How does the meeting time finder work?

Select the people or teams you want to meet with, and ZoneClock will analyze everyone's working hours to find the best overlapping time slots. It prioritizes times within everyone's regular working hours.

How do I set working hours?

Tap on any person to edit their profile. You can set their typical working hours (e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM in their local time). This is used for overlap calculations and meeting suggestions.

How does the widget work?

Long-press your home screen, tap the + button, and search for ZoneClock. Add the widget to see your team's current times at a glance without opening the app.

Is my data backed up?

ZoneClock stores all data locally on your device. Your data is included in iCloud backups if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone.
