These terms govern your use of HomeKeep ("the App"), developed by Pedro Silva, operating as Plain Works.
HomeKeep is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is a home maintenance tracking tool. It is provided "as is" for personal use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter and for performing any maintenance tasks safely.
HomeKeep is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not provide professional home inspection, repair, or maintenance advice. Always consult qualified professionals for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural work.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time — notification delivery depends on your device settings and iOS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plain Works shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, or from any maintenance task performed or not performed based on App reminders.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal.
