These terms govern your use of ConvertIt ("the App"), developed by Pedro Silva, operating as Plain Works.
ConvertIt is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is a unit conversion tool. It is provided "as is" for personal use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any conversions for critical applications.
ConvertIt is a convenience tool. Conversion results should not be relied upon for medical, scientific, financial, or engineering applications where precision is critical. Always verify important conversions with authoritative sources.
Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on ConvertIt for financial trading or transactions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of conversion results or the availability of currency rate updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plain Works shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, or from any decisions made based on conversion results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal.
