These terms govern your use of BillPing ("the App"), developed by Pedro Silva, operating as Plain Works.
BillPing is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is a bill reminder tool. It is provided "as is" for personal use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter.
BillPing is a reminder tool, not a financial service. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. It does not access your bank accounts or process payments.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time — notification delivery depends on your device settings and iOS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plain Works shall not be liable for any missed payments, late fees, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal.
